Christian Care Nursing & Rehabilitation is a comprehensive facility that provides care for individuals needing short-term assistance following a hospital stay, as well as those requiring longer-term care. The facility, licensed by the State of Texas, features 140 beds offering private and semi-private rooms, and is certified for Medicaid and Medicare services. Serving seniors since 1973, our rehabilitation services encompass post-surgical, cardiac, orthopedic, and neurological rehabilitation, as well as community reintegration and reconditioning, all administered by licensed therapists. We utilize computerized patient progress and outcome studies to demonstrate the improvement of our patients, and also offer outpatient therapy services.
Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. They often include light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication management and reminders, companionship, and assistance with other daily activities.
